DR. TIM ALLEN
Throughout his career in neurology, Dr. Allen has helped patients function to the best of their abilities, despite their health challenges.
Dr. Allen is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and is licensed to practice in Colorado and Wyoming.
Dr. Allen majored in Psychology, with a minor in Music, at Colorado State University where he graduated with High Distinction, Honors, and Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his MD, with Honors, from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 1993. After medical school, Dr. Allen continued his education at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of Colorado completing an internship in internal medicine followed by a residency in Neurology, with the added distinction of serving as Chief Resident.
SHAYNA LEONE
Shayna Leone has been practicing Medical Aesthetics since 1998. She is a certified laser technician and participated in comprehensive training in 2016. She applies her expertise to treatments such as BBL, Halo, SkinTyte™, Micro-laser Peel, Nano Laser Peel, Laser Hair Removal, Forever Clear, Vampire Facial®, PRP, Mediject Pen, Medico, Mediraf, and Medidiode.
She also specializes in injectables. She received her injectable certification from Allergan in 2016. Shayna had the privilege of sharing her expertise in a Dermatology setting for over 10 years. She offers a variety of medical aesthetics services which include, medical facials, VI™ Peel, ZO Peels, Medical Miro-Dermabrasion, Acne facials, Dermaplaning, Face threading, and Medical extractions.
Shayna’s extensive experience and vast knowledge with medical-grade skincare lines. SHAUN S. SHAFER, MD
During his years of service, Dr. Shafer used his training and surgical skills to prevent blindness. He was also trained and is now primarily performing Oculoplastic surgery that enhances one’s appearance of their face and eyelids.
Dr. Shafer is a Diplomat for the National Board of Medical Examiners and is licensed to practice medicine and surgery in Colorado. He is also a physician lecturer for the University of Washington School of Medicine.
Dr, Shafer initially was a music major but graduated with a dual major in molecular genetics and American history from Indiana University. He earned his M.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. From there he completed his internship year in Internal Medicine at the Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati where he was honored as the top intern. His residency was completed at the shared ophthalmology program of Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve, and Akron City Hospital. He progressed was distinction and was selected as Chief Resident during his final year of training. He did extra work in Retinal and Oculoplastic surgery.
